Terms & Conditions – Collection Design & Sampling Supervision Service

Welcome to The Designers Hub. By booking our Collection Design & Sampling Supervision service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Scope

Our Collection Design & Sampling Supervision package includes:

  • Up to 12 original designs with detailed technical packs ready for production.

  • Fabric sourcing guidance to help you choose the right materials for your collection.

  • Manufacturer selection support to connect you with the right production partners.

  • Sample supervision & quality control to ensure professional finishing, fit, and detailing.

2. What’s Not Included

  • The package fee does not cover the cost of fabrics, trims, or materials.

  • The package fee does not include tailoring or production costs for the actual samples.

  • All material and tailoring costs will be shared with you in advance and paid directly to the suppliers or factories.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You must confirm the design direction and provide references before sketches begin.

  • Once direction is agreed upon, it cannot be changed during the project.

  • Each design includes two revisions only. Additional revisions or new designs will be charged separately.

  • After you approve and sign off on the designs, no further changes can be made.

4. Timelines & Delays

  • Timelines provided are estimates and depend on:

    • The availability of suppliers and manufacturers.

    • Your timely approvals and decisions.

  • Delays caused by late approvals or decisions are your responsibility. The Designers Hub will not be liable for such delays.

5. Payments

  • Service fees will be communicated in advance and must be paid as per the agreement.

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started.

  • All payments for fabrics and tailoring are made directly to suppliers/factories, not The Designers Hub.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your brand, designs, and business information. All materials and ideas shared during the project will remain private.

We kindly request that you keep the business information shared from our end confidential as well.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

By booking our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

الشروط والأحكام – خدمة تصميم مجموعات الأزياء والإشراف على العينات

مرحباً بكم في ذا ديزاينرز هب. من خلال حجزكم لخدمة تصميم المجموعات والإشراف على العينات فإنكم توافقون على الشروط والأحكام التالية. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية قبل استكمال الحجز.

1. نطاق الخدمة

تشمل باقة تصميم المجموعات والإشراف على العينات ما يلي

تطوير ما يصل إلى ١٢ تصميماً أصلياً مدعوماً برسم تفصيلي تقني جاهز للإنتاج

تقديم الإرشاد في اختيار الأقمشة المناسبة لهوية العلامة التجارية واحتياجات التصميم

دعم اختيار المصنع المناسب بما يتوافق مع جودة المنتج وأهداف المشروع

الإشراف على تنفيذ العينات ومراقبة الجودة لضمان دقة التنفيذ والتفاصيل والمقاسات

2. ما لا تشمله الباقة

لا يشمل سعر الخدمة تكلفة الأقمشة أو الخامات أو الإكسسوارات

لا تشمل الباقة تكاليف الخياطة أو الإنتاج الفعلي للعينات

سيتم إعلام العميل بجميع التكاليف الخاصة بالخامات والخياطة مقدماً، ويتم دفعها مباشرةً للموردين أو المصانع

3. مسؤوليات العميل

يجب على العميل تأكيد الاتجاه التصميمي وتوفير المراجع البصرية قبل بدء عملية التصميم

بعد اعتماد التوجّه التصميمي، لا يجوز تغيير الفكرة أو المسار خلال المشروع

يمكن تعديل كل تصميم بحد أقصى مرتين فقط، وأي تعديلات إضافية أو تصاميم جديدة يتم احتسابها كتكلفة إضافية

بعد الموافقة النهائية على التصاميم وتوقيعها من قبل العميل، لا يمكن عمل أي تعديلات أخرى

4. الجداول الزمنية والتأخير

تعتمد المدة الزمنية المقدرة للتسليم على

توفر الموردين والمصانع

سرعة اعتماد العميل للقرارات

أي تأخير ناتج عن موافقات أو قرارات متأخرة يكون على مسؤولية العميل بالكامل، ولا تتحمل ذا ديزاينرز هب أي مسؤولية عن ذلك.

5. شروط الدفع

يتم إبلاغ العميل برسوم الخدمة مسبقاً، ويجب أن تُسدد وفق الموعد المتفق عليه

المبالغ المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد بدء العمل

جميع التكاليف الخاصة بالخامات والخياطة تُسدّد مباشرةً للموردين والمصانع وليس ل ديزاينرز هب

6. السرية

نلتزم بالحفاظ على سرية العلامة التجارية والتصاميم وجميع المعلومات التجارية الخاصة بالعميل. تظل كافة المواد والأفكار المتبادلة خلال المشروع سرية ولا يتم مشاركتها مع أي طرف خارجي

ونرجو منكم ايضاً الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات التي نشاركها معكم خلال المشروع

7. القوانين المنظمة

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة

من خلال حجزكم للخدمة، فإنكم تؤكدون أنكم قد قرأتم وفهمتم ووافقتم على هذه الشروط والأحكام
