The Designers Hub presents the Brand Building Accelerator Program, an exclusive private, one-to-one program that combines weekly private training sessions with hands-on making of your fashion collection—from initial sketches all the way to actual garment samples.

The program is delivered through structured two-hour training sessions held once per week, allowing you to build your brand step by step while applying each phase directly to your own project.

Led by Mr. Yaser AlBeer, a fashion industry pioneer with over 20 years of experience, and supported by The Designers Hub’s team of highly skilled specialists, this program is made for designers and entrepreneurs who want more than theory. You will not only learn how to build a fashion brand—you will actually make it into a reality. 

Through a guided roadmap, you will move from concept to creation, developing a solid brand foundation while working closely with our team to design, sample, and prepare a collection ready for production and professional market display.

Brand Identity Building

Define the core of your brand. You will work on your brand DNA, positioning, visual direction, and storytelling—creating a clear identity that speaks to your target market and supports long-term growth.

Inspiration & Collection Design

Learn how to transform inspiration into a cohesive, sellable collection. This class covers concept development, mood boards, market-focused design thinking, and collection planning that balances creativity with commercial success.

Textile Principles & Applications

Build confidence in fabric selection and textile decision-making. You’ll explore fabric properties, performance, sourcing considerations, and how textiles impact fit, quality, and brand perception.

Make Your Collection

Now that you have learned all about building your brand, it’s time to make it into real products. During this phase of the program we will help you make your collection a reality and our team will provide you with:

• Design sketches
• Fabric selection and sourcing
• Manufacturing facilities selection
• Supervision of the Sample making process 

By the end of this phase, you will have actual garment samples of your collection that are ready for stock production and display.

Brand Booster Training

Learn how to sell and position your brand in the market. This master class focuses on retail and distribution strategies, pricing for profitability, and aligning your product with the right sales channels.

أساسيات إدارة أعمال الأزياء 

تعرّف على كيفية عمل صناعة الأزياء. من نماذج الأعمال واستراتيجيات التسعير، إلى خطط دخول السوق والعمليات التشغيلية، لاكتساب المعرفة التجارية اللازمة لبناء براند ناجحة وقابلة للنمو

بناء هوية العلامة التجارية

تعلم كيف تبني جوهر علامتك التجارية. من خلال هذه الجلسة ستعمل على تطوير شخصية البراند ، و تحديد مكانها في السوق، بالإضافة إلى الاتجاه والعناصر البصرية، وطرق سرد القصة، لبناء هوية واضحة تخاطب جمهورك المستهدف وتدعم النمو طويل المدى

الإلهام وتصميم المجموعة

تعلّم كيفية تحويل الإلهام إلى مجموعة متكاملة وقابلة للبيع. تغطي هذه المرحلة تطوير الفكرة، إعداد لوحات الإلهام (Mood Boards)، التفكير التصميمي المرتكز على السوق، وتخطيط مجموعة توازن بين الإبداع والنجاح التجاري

أساسيات الأقمشة وتطبيقاتها

اكتسب الثقة في اختيار الأقمشة واتخاذ القرارات المتعلقة بالخامات. خلال هذه الجلسة، ستتعرّف على خصائص الأقمشة، أدائها، و كيفية شرائها،   بالإضافة إلى دورها وتأثيرها على شكل التصاميم و جودتها، وصورة العلامة التجارية

إنشاء مجموعتك

بعد اكتسابك المعرفة التي تحتاجها لبناء علامتك التجارية، سنقوم بتنفيذ مجموعة أزياء متكاملة. في هذه المرحلة ستتحوّل تصاميمك إلى واقع ملموس وعينات حقيقية حيث سيوفر لك فريقنا
