Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By booking a consultation, programme, event or membership with The Designers Hub you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide advisory and educational services for fashion brands — consultations, structured programmes, masterclasses and membership. Our services are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome, revenue figure or retail placement.

3. Booking and payment

• Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is taken at the time of booking. A session is confirmed only once payment has cleared.
• Instalment payments made through Tabby are governed by Tabby’s own terms.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation

• You may reschedule a session at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session are refunded in full.
• Missed sessions without notice are not refundable.

5. Membership

Membership carries a minimum commitment of three months. After that period it may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month.

6. Intellectual property

All materials, frameworks, templates and documents supplied remain the intellectual property of The Designers Hub and are licensed to you for your own brand’s use. They may not be resold or redistributed.

7. Confidentiality

Information you share about your brand is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without your consent.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
